活動概述 

天府大地·春之交響

“中國·成都第二屆天府大地藝術季（春）”，將于2021年3月在成都市郫都區德源街道東林村舉辦，本次活動以“天府大地·春之交響”為主題，以古蜀文明為脈絡， 以大田為肌理，以林盤為載體，打造鄉村藝術基地，實現公園城市的鄉村表達。

“中國.成都第二屆天府大地藝術季（春）”采取“作品征集”的形式，鼓勵和激發具有在地性的藝術思考與創新思想，將能反映傳統文脈與新時代文化精神相結合的、具有影響力和代表性的藝術作品落地。

征集要求 

征集內容：以當代裝置和在地創作的方式呈現天府大地的鄉土文化和林盤文化。

特別征集方向：園區大門——“犁”主題

祈福蛙為主題的田間互動裝置

袁隆平的“禾下乘涼”夢想為主題的藝術裝置

郫都區古稱鵑城，表現杜鵑花和百鳥迎春

征集對象：藝術家、建筑師、設計師、藝術愛好者及公眾；參賽者可以個人、團隊的名義參賽

作品形式：雕塑、裝置、新媒體、公共藝術

作品尺寸：不限，需要在作品中進行說明

作品材料：不限，需要在作品中進行說明

作品要求：

1、滿足戶外展示條件。

2、鼓勵創新性、實驗性、互動性、在地性、 公眾參與性和視覺震撼力的藝術作品。

3、具有可實施性和避免公共場所安全隱患。

4、裝置的材料使用需考慮環保和可持續性。

征集排期：

報名時間：2021年1月 31 日-2月 15日 

評審期間：2021年2月 15 日-2月 20日 

入圍實施：2021年2月21日-3月12日

有關版權

1、作品及方案知識產權屬于申請者本人，如出現作品及方案知識產權糾紛，一切法律責任由申請者自負。

2、主辦方對最終入圍和展出的作品方案有展覽、研究、攝影、錄像、出版及宣傳權。

? 作品制作安裝范圍：成都市郫都區東林村。大地藝術季組委會工作人員將會給出具體的安裝位置。

?關于作品安裝條件：詳細的安裝規定和支持由最終所采用的 作品方案進行調整。作品現場制作及安 裝嚴禁違反公共秩序和道德，以及危 及公共安全的所有行為。

原創聲明：提交作品須為參賽者原創作品，未侵犯任何他人的任何專利、著作權、商標權及其他知識產權；該作品未在報刊、雜志、網站及其他媒體公開發表，未申請專利或進行版權登記，未參加過其他比賽，未以任何 形式進入商業渠道。

作品評審與入圍實施

作品評審：由組委會聘請相關領域的專家組成專家評審委員會，并對外公示。

?  評審期間：2021年2月15日-2月20日

? 方案評審：1、經專家評審委員會評選，最終選 出入圍作品30件以內。2、入圍通知：組委會工作人員電話/ 郵件聯系入圍者，并郵遞入圍通知/ 參展證書/參展 協議等材料給入圍 藝術家。3、評審結果在官方媒體予以公示。

? 方案入選：1.最終30位/組入圍者，根據作品的 尺寸、材料及制作工藝的區別，經主辦方審核后， 確定每件作品的制作費用。2、由主辦方組織作品在藝術節開幕 式前完成落地實施，并進行公開展示、 宣傳。3、受邀出席“中國.成都第二屆天府 大地藝術季（春）”活動展覽開幕式。

? 評審解釋權：秉承公平、公正、公開的原則，競賽 工作組將邀請專業領域人士組成評審團，對競賽進 行初賽與決賽的評選工作，評審團及競賽工作組對本次活 動有最終解釋權及裁判權，如有作品  糾紛問題可聯系競賽工作組進行舉報， 并提供相應的證據作為佐證（如抄襲 作品的相關文件）， 一經查實將取消入選資格。

2、作品方案書：a、作品集合為單個 PDF 文件，需包含參賽設計主 題、設計說明(不少于300字）、總平面圖,立面或 剖面圖、裝置空間效果圖，每張圖片像素不低于 300dpi。b、每位/組應征者最多可提供2個作品設計方案。c、作品主要使用材料、尺寸、制作工藝（300字以內）。d、費用預算表：制做周期+制作預算

3、作品通過郵件提交規定的文件格式，郵件命名 格式為“申請人姓/小組代表的姓名 + 參賽作品名 稱 ”。

Activity Overview

China-Chengdu 2nd Art Season(Spring)" will be held in March 2021 in DonglinVillage, Deyuan Street, Pidu District, ChengduCity, with the theme of "Land of Abundance- Symphony of Spring", taking ancientShu civilization as the vein, field as thetexture, and residential landscape as the carrierto create a rural art base and realize therural expression of the parkcity.

 "China. Chengdu 2nd Art Season(Spring)" takes the form of "Collection of Works"to encourage and stimulate local artisticthinking and innovative ideas, and to bring tothe ground influential andrepresentative artworks that reflect the combinationof traditional culture and the spirit of thenew era.

To present the local culture and residential landscape of Chengdu through contemporary installation and local creation.

Park gate - themed with "Plough"

Interactive installation in the field with the theme ofblessing frogs

Art installation themed with Yuan Longping's "cool under the harvest" dream

The ancient name of Pidu District is Juancheng, which represents azaleas and a hundred birds welcoming spring

? Target: Artists, architects, designers, art lovers and the public; participants can enter as individuals or teams

? Size of the work: unlimited, need to be explained in the work

? Work requirements:

1. Meeting the outdoor display conditions.

2. Encouraging innovative, experimental, interactive, local, public participation and visually stunning artworks.

3. Implementability and avoidance of safety hazards in public places.

4. The use of materials for the installation should take into account environmental protection and sustainability.

About Copyright

 1.The intellectual property rights of the works andsolutions belong to the applicants themselves, and ifthere is any dispute on the intellectualproperty rights of the works and solutions, all legal responsibilities shall be borne by the applicants themselves.2.The organizer has the right of exhibition, research, photography, video, publication and propaganda for the finalists and exhibited works and programs.

?    Works production and installation range.

Donglin Village, Pidu District, Chengdu. The staff of the organizing committee of the Chengdu Art Season will give the specific installation location.

?   Regarding the installation conditions of the work. Detailed installation regulations and support will be adjusted by the final adopted work plan. The production and installation of works on site are strictly prohibited to violate public order and morality, as well as all acts that endanger public safety.

Declaration of originality: The work submitted must be the original work of the participant and not infringe any patent, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights of any other person; the work has not been published in newspapers, magazines, websites or other media, has not been patented or registered for copyright, has not participated in other competitions, and has not entered commercial channels in any form.

 Works evaluation and implementation shortlist

?Judging of works: The organizing committee will hireexperts in relevant fields to form an expert judging committee, which will be announced to the public.?Judging period: February 15 - February 20, 2021

?Judging of proposals:

1、The finalists will be selected within 30 pieces by the expert judging committee.

2. Notification of finalists: The staff of the Organizing Committee will contact the finalists by phone/email and send the finalists notification/exhibition certificate/exhibition agreement and other materials to the finalists. 

3. The results of the review will be publicized in the official media

?Program selection

30 finalists/groups will be selected, and the production cost of each work will be determined after review by the organizer according to the size, material and production process of the work.

The organizer will organize the implementation of the work before the opening ceremony of the festival, public display and publicity. Being invited to attend the "China. Chengdu 2nd Art Season (Spring)" exhibition opening ceremony.

?Judging interpretation right

Adhering to the principle of fairness, justice and openness, the competition working group will invite professionals to form a jury to select the preliminary and final rounds of the competition, the jury and the competition working group have the final right to interpret and judge this activity. If there are any disputes about the works can contact the competition working group to report, and provide the corresponding evidence as supporting evidence (such as plagiarism of the relevant documents).Once confirmed, the qualification will be cancelled.

Registration details

1. Personal resume: name, date of birth, gender, nationality, history of art exhibitions and awards, etc. of the applicant/group representative; contact information of the applicant/group representative (postal code, address, telephone, e-mail).

2.  Program of works.

a.  The collection of works is a single PDF file, which must contain the design theme, design description (not less than 300 words), general plan, elevation or section, and installation space effect, each picture is not less than 300 dpi.

b.  Each applicant/group can provide a maximum of two works design proposals.

c.  The main materials, dimensions and production process of the work (within 300 words).

d.  Cost budget: production period + production budget

3.  The work should be submitted by email in the prescribed file format, with the email naming format "applicant's family name/name of the group representative + the name of the works".

The organizers of 2021 "China· Chengdu the 2nd Art Season (Spring)" will have the final right to interpret the terms of this document, and will have the final decision on all exhibited works.
