人,是宇宙之精華,萬物之靈長。關于人的探討,近幾年來一直為青年油畫教師黃海燕所關注和思考。
黃海燕認為,在畫面中,人的表現應該做到形神兼備。如果畫家在創作是只單純地考慮形式與技巧,而不注入自己的情感和思想,那么,畫布就無異于一塊色彩、符號的簡單拼圖,沒有多大的價值和意義。因此,他在進行人物像創作的時候,總是遵循這樣一條線路:
首先是感受對象的特質,然后將自己的感覺、體驗注入其中,最后通過恰當的藝術語言表達出來。這一創作思路,使其人像創作染上了濃厚的主觀性和個性化色彩,畫面上的人物塑造不再流于表面化的再現,而是具有了一定的深度和內涵。這樣,通過一幅成功的人像油畫創作,就會傳達出作者對人、社會、世界甚至宇宙等等不同層面的感發與認證。
作為油畫人像創作的表現對象——人,在黃海燕心中是一個謎,這個謎面太豐富太難以窮盡了,人的種種存在形態、人的表現,就如同萬花筒搖出的一個個紛繁無盡的畫面。在“人”的面前他深深感到了理性的匱乏,于是他調動了藝術家所最擅長的感官——直覺,去感受、體驗,然后將之用畫筆捕捉在畫布上。
當然,黃海燕也清楚地認識到,思想、情感終究是蘊含于形式之內的東西,它必須有籍以體現的載體,要想表達“正在發生的人的精神存在”,還需要通過油畫創作的特有的手段和方式來實現。內容決定形式——豐蘊的內涵是一幅成功油畫作品不可缺少的素質;同時,形式也應充分表現內容——只有好的藝術表現形式才能夠充分、徹底地表達出創作者的想法、感覺,甚至更多。因此,他注重畫面的張力,畫面的構圖總要花去他許多的精力,而一旦結構框架出來了,他就會讓畫面上的結構關系既規范又縱容著色彩的自由馳騁。憑著對色彩的敏感天性,他盡情地在畫布上構造著自己感覺印象中的人物與空間。這是一個激情自由宣泄而又伴隨著自覺的藝術創作的過程。創作者在筆觸的揮動、色彩的跳蕩中體驗著內在自我生命與外在人物對象的契合與交流。這種表現性的繪畫是他用多年磨練出來的藝術之筆,飽蘸著從心靈深處流淌出來的激情,揮灑在畫布上的獻給人類的藝術之章。
用畫筆來延伸并表達對于人的思考,讓更多的人去關注人性,關注人的精神生存狀態,這是黃海燕的人文理想。而這理想的光輝也恰恰提升了其油畫人像創作的品位與境界,使其畫面的色彩與構成達成了某種超越。

Pictures Dedicated to the People
------Opinions to Huang Haiyan’s portrait painting
Human beings are the brilliance of the universe and the leader of all creatures. In recent years, young teacher Huang Haiyan, majoring in portrait painting, has been taking the human as his research subject.
Human thinks that in the pictures both the shape and the spirits should be presented exactly. If an artist only considesr the forms and skills, the picture is no less than a simple jigsaw with colours and signs without any value. Thus, he always follows such a routine to create figures:
First, he tries to feel the special quality of the object, then he puts his feeling into it; finally he expresses it in appropriate art language. This creative idea contracted a keen portrait of the creative subjectivity and individuality of color, which is no longer on the screen of a replay of superficial, but with a certain degree of depth and meaning. Thus, a successful portrait oil painting, will convey the author’s thoughts and certification on human, social, and the world and even the universe etc. at different levels of the flu and certification.
In the minds of Huang Haiyan, portrait painting as a creative performance target is a mystery, this mystery is too difficult to perceive. The existence of various forms and the performance are just like a kaleidoscope shake out a complex and endless screen. In front of “human beings”, he deeply felt the lack of ration, and so he mobilized the best at the sensory-intuitive to feel, experience, and then use the brush to capture on canvas.
Of course, Huang Haiyan also clearly understands that thinking, emotion are contained in the form, and must have the membership in order to reflect the carrier, in order to express “the existence of spirit of the people there”, it is realized through oil painting the specific ways and means. Contents determine the form----the rich content is the indispensable quality of a success painting, at the same time, the form should also be fully expressing content---only good performance art forms can be fully and thoroughly express the author’s ideas, feelings, or even more. He therefore pays much attention to the tension on the painting, the painting image costs a lot of his energy. Relying on his sensibility for colours he easily constructs the figures and space in his image on the picture. This process releases his passion freely and brings him a conscious creating process .These works are derived from his hard work for many years.
He expands and expresses his thinking of the people with the painting pens and makes more people to care about personality. Care about the spiritual state of human, which is Huang Haiyan’s idea of humanism. At the same time, his humanism also evaluates the value and state of the oil painting to higher degree.
