　　Forever Someone Else 陳慧雯個人作品展亮相全藝社北京三月十四日下午三時，Forever Someone Else——陳慧雯個人作品展在北京全藝社畫廊開幕，本次展覽是澳門女藝術家陳慧雯在北京的首次個展，展覽展出了藝術家近年創作的四十三幅速寫人像和靜物作品，這些作品多是藝術家受旅行見聞和際遇啟發而創作。
　　和以往我們認知的速寫人物不同，本次展出的作品更可以被看做是一種情感繪畫。在傳神地表達人物形貌之余加入了藝術家當時生活情境的感悟和對于模特性格的理解。他們或者于頹唐中帶有一絲靜謐，或者于艷情中帶有一絲寂寥，藝術家以連貫的線條，寥寥數筆就描繪出了對象的情態。藝術家陳慧雯并不是科班出身，但從小愛好人物繪畫，認為人的五官、表情及肢體是情感的延伸，而人的情感是如此直接，坦白且純真。除了繪畫外，陳慧雯的藝術創作還涉及攝影、文字及表演。文學作品《Inshala》2008年獲第三屆香港城市文學創作獎散文組優異獎。2012年同藝術家黃祺昌合作出版攝影集《Something About》。目前移居紐約就讀紐約大學視覺藝術學院，作品獲澳門文化局及私人收藏。

　　The Appearance of Forever Someone Else - Works by Crystal Chan in AFA BeijingForever Someone Else - Works by Crystal Chan had its opening in AFA Beijing Gallery at 15:00 on March 14th. This is the solo exhibition of Macau female artist Crystal Chan, it showcases forty-three portraits and still life sketches which were inspired by her travels and the people she encountered during her journeys.
　　Different from the character sketch that we ever know, this series of works can be considered as an emotional drawing. Crystal Chan describes characters vividly, and add to her temporal sentiment to life and understanding to models’ personalities concurrently. The characters show dejection mixed with a kind of peace, or eroticism mixed with a kind of solitude. Crystal portrays the objects’ figures and moods with coherent but just few lines. She doesn’t have an education background of art, however, portraits has been her favorite from her childhood. In her opinion, the face, the expression and the body is channel from which we pour out our emotions, and emotions are just something straightforward, honest and innocent. Besides sketch, Crystal Chan also dabbles photography, writing and performance. Her article “Inshala” received an award of merit at the Hong Kong City Literary Festival 2008. She also published an album of photography “Something About” together with local photographer Wong Kei Cheong. She currently lives in New York and studies at The School of Visual Arts in New York University. Her artworks were partly collected by Macau Cultural Institute and private collectors.
　　“Forever Someone Else – Works by Crystal Chan” exhibition is partly sponsored by the Cultural Affairs Bureau Macao SAR Government. Media partners include Arton.net, 99ys.com, Sina Collection and Sina Weibo. The exhibition will be opened to public till March 29.
